'Wow' was my first thought when I saw this image. It's perfection, a surprise, and extremely dramatic. The groom moves into the bride which moves into the divers, which moves into the water in fluid motion. Great use of the location.
This image has a painterly feel to it. The setting harks to exotic lands shrouded within fables and mystery. The shape of the bride and groom is stunning but what truly sets the image apart is the dolphin-like divers at the bow of the ship. Gorgeous.

When you think about portraits of brides and grooms you have an expectation of what you all see, but this image surprised me with the play of light and shadows, highlighting the flowers against the silhouettes of the couple.
Great lighting and pop of color. Also, great framing to give us a sense of place.
I love the colors here, and the way the bride and groom’s faces are wrapped in shadows, to make the bouquet the focus. Light and shadow play together well in this scene.

The seal gets a little credit here! But the lighting and the composition helped the seal’s spontaneity come together in a unique and beautiful portrait of the couple.

Lusciously delicious. A passionate portrait of a bride and groom, together weathering the first storm of their new marriage.

At first glance the wall painting seems to come alive around the bride. Great find for a backdrop to her portrait. The color palate is terrific.
The long linear shape of this image and it’s mural backdrop was the ideal setting for this bride, presented to us in classic regal dress and pose.

This was awesome and unexpected, and would have been my first choice if I could see a bit more of the bride's face, but good on the photographer who shot underwater!

The lighting on this shot was fantastic, and well placed against the sunset sky. Extremely well composed, and a very dramatic image.
This looks like a movie set, like “Gone With the Wind.” The lighting and backdrop highlight the bride and groom in this classic setting, like Hollywood stars upon their own stage.

Gorgeous use of light and color temperature. I like the moment of her sipping her drink, it is quiet and contemplative.

How do you make a portrait stand out from the rest? This is the way. It's as if we are seeing an intimate moment between the bride and groom.
